“Today is a glorious day and I’ll live it at excellence, with boundless enthusiasm and limitless integrity, true to my visions and with a heart full of love.” — Robin S. Sharma, “The 5 AM Club”

Audrey Hall is a patient care coordinator at Treasure Valley Pelvic Health’s Eagle clinic.

As a patient care coordinator, she connects new and existing patients with the information and physical therapy appointments they need to live a life unlimited. She understands that addressing concerns with the pelvic floor requires not only physical treatment but also emotional support and education. Her dedication to creating a comfortable, trusting environment helps patients feel at ease, enabling them to openly discuss their concerns and progress.

Witnessing patients’ gradual improvement and the positive impact on their overall well-being is incredibly fulfilling for her. Each success story, no matter how small, reinforces her passion for the work the staff does and the profound difference they make in the patients’ lives. It’s not just about physical healing; it’s about empowering individuals to regain control and confidence in their bodies.

She previously worked in a hospital setting. She’s currently learning more about physical therapy before she pursues secondary education.

Outside of work, you can find her drawing, listening to music or audiobooks, or curling up with a good book. She loves playing video games with her fiancé and spending time with her family.

I love helping people get their lives back and helping them have a better quality of life.
