“When I let go of what I am, I become what I might be.”

Dr. Chelsea Beyers is an Idaho-licensed physical therapist (PT), a doctor of physical therapy (DPT), an orthopedic clinical specialist (OCS), and the founder of Treasure Valley Pelvic Health.

Dr. Chelsea strongly believes that one must be treated as a whole: mind, body, and soul. This belief guides her approach as she helps patients work toward their goals and return to activities they’ve been limited in. She adopts a holistic and intuitive approach to care, complemented by her interest in energy medicine. Dr. Chelsea fosters her patients’ success by coaching them through mindset shifts, success strategies, and ways to seamlessly integrate home programs into their busy lives. Dr. Chelsea brings more than a decade of experience, an innate love of learning, and a relentless determination to identify the root causes of patients’ symptoms. She guides her patients on their healing journeys to help them live more comfortable and healthy lives.

Her journey into pelvic floor therapy began when her grandmother’s pelvic health issues kept her from attending Dr. Chelsea’s wedding. Although Dr. Chelsea had been focused on orthopedic therapy initially, further experiences with patients revealed the pelvic floor’s pivotal role in various health problems. As Dr. Chelsea shifted her focus to be a pelvic floor therapist, she quickly recognized the profound impact of this specialized care on people’s quality of life.

An Idaho native, Dr. Chelsea attended the University of Idaho for her undergraduate studies and continued on to the University of Utah for her Doctor of Physical Therapy. Dr. Chelsea pursued extensive pelvic health training through the Herman & Wallace Institute, the Barral Institute, and other specialization programs. She’s a certified Usui and Holy Fire Reiki Master and a ThetaHealing Practitioner. Earlier in her career, Dr. Chelsea started a groundbreaking pelvic health program at St. Dominic’s Memorial Hospital in Mississippi. Dr. Chelsea is also a founding board member and the treasurer for the Idaho Association for Sexual Health Professionals.

Dr. Chelsea and her husband have three spunky kids, a ball-crazy dog, and a mischievous cat. When she’s not helping people through their healing journey, you’ll find her doing home renovation projects, watercoloring, hiking, camping, being silly with the kids, and finishing the day with a good book or movie.

Patient Testimonials

“Chelsea is hands-down the best pelvic health specialist in the Treasure Valley, if not the best west of the Mississippi. She has an obviously broad knowledge base that translates to nothing short of magic in her treatments and work. Go see her!” — K.F.

“Dr. Chelsea Beyers is amazing! It can be awkward and personal to address pelvic floor issues, and mine really stemmed from really tight hips and tendons (which were tight for multiple reasons). Chelsea is so compassionate, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. I have told so many people about her! Seriously—the best investment of time and energy that I have done for myself. I also learned that this affects men, women, and every age. She and her entire staff will take such good care of you!” — M.S.

“Dr. Chelsea helped me so much with the pelvic floor tightness and pain I was experiencing. She gave me exercises to do at home, and after about 8 months of twice-a-month visits, I was able to transition to just once-a-month sessions with her, and three months after that, I was only coming in every other month. Now I am at the point that I can continue on my own without the in-clinic therapy. I am very happy with the results and have made so much progress since I first visited Treasure Valley Pelvic Heath over a year ago!!” — H.D.

“Dr. Chelsea is a remarkable physical therapist! I have posted before, and I will post again about how intentional and professional Dr. Chelsea is in her practice. She makes her patients feel comfortable and supported as we are journeying through a very vulnerable postpartum experience. Her bedside manner makes you feel like a close friend, and her medical advice is precise, thoughtful, and effective. Additionally, her office staff is kind and helpful no matter what the circumstance. I am grateful to have found Treasure Valley Pelvic Health a few years ago, and I know I will continue to visit Dr. Chelsea whenever I have pelvic floor issues.” — M. V.
