Dr. Chelsea has created an whole body 6 week online program to help Mamas through their healing journey throughout postpartum. In the program, you will learn the key exercises and strategies that she implements with her patients for their success in healing after having a baby. You will learn the key exercises, movement strategies, return to exercise protocols as well as work through other key strategies to help reconnect and heal your mind, body and soul as one.

The course will be hosted accessed through a private platform. Additionally, each week on Facebook you will receive new inspiration, weekly LIVES to be able to connect with Dr. Chelsea to get questions answered and have other Mamas working along side you to keep you motivated.
