Cierra Weires is a patient care coordinator at Treasure Valley Pelvic Health’s Boise clinic.
As a patient care coordinator, she connects new and existing patients with the information and physical therapy appointments they need to live a life unlimited. She has an uncanny ability to remember faces, which helps her create a welcoming, supportive every patient who walks through the doors. With a positive attitude and warm demeanor, she makes each visit as seamless and comfortable as possible.
She finds true fulfillment working on a team that’s dedicated to patient care. She loves building connections and helping patients feel heard and supported. She finds it rewarding to be a reassuring presence on patients’ care journeys — seeing the difference that compassionate and attentive service can make in someone’s experience. To play a small part in helping people feel comfortable and cared for in a vulnerable time makes this work meaningful to her.
Her background is rooted in fast-paced hospitality and seasonal work environments, where she thrived in dynamic settings that required adaptability and strong communication. Seasonal work offered her the opportunity to learn many new skills and embrace the excitement of ever-changing demands.
Outside of work, she takes in the beauty of nature while exploring the mountains and high alpine lakes of Idaho with her husband and their two wild, sweet dogs, Bindi and Bobby. She has a newfound passion for gardening, finding immense joy in watching things grow and flourish. You can often find her looking for little treasures with a coffee in hand at estate sales, antique malls, and flea markets.
She takes pride in creating a welcoming and supportive experience for every patient.
